Felted Join aka Spit Splice

Описание к видео Felted Join aka Spit Splice

How to join a new ball of yarn using the felted join or spit splice. This works on animal fiber yarns, such as wool. This will not work on acrylic or cotton, for example. You can use spit to moisten the yarn (hence the name spit splice), or you can use a little bit of water. This is a quick and easy join that does not require you to weave in any loose ends, and the finished item will never show how the two yarns were joined.
