Boss Rush contains all bosses for the game excluding Nidhogg. I display my settings information near the end of the video. Most difficult boss of the bunch was Gullveig due to her rotating cross attack having a very subtle telegraph, oftentimes the boss will perform her aerial attack at inopportune times as well.

For the Alvis fight the projectiles in his forward-facing fire attack are deceptively small, if you browse frame-by-frame you can tell that none of them collided with the player model. This was the first time I faced Surt under the crazed + cloned modifiers.

This is also a World First from what I can tell, please let me know if you find an older recording of someone completing this same challenge before-hand.
