Race Recap:
Took off to B&B Kartway yesterday for their 1st points race of the year. Ran amature clone points and then clone 375 points

R-2nd
Kart wasnt good in qualifying and I knew that seeing the lap times but somehow pulled off a 2nd in qualifying. Come race time I got som advice and made some tire adjustments and dam did that thing takeoff. Takeoff speed is lack luster so I fell back to 3rd by the time we took the green. Ran there for a lap then made a mistake and almost ran off the track and fell back to last. After a few laps I knew we had a piece to win so I was a man on a mission. I was about a straight away behind the leaders and managed to rally back all the way and come home in 2nd closing in on the leader crossing the line . 1 more lap is all we needed. Race monitor didnt pick me up but it shows everyone at 11.7s and tach says I was an 11.4 so pretty fast

Very little time between the races so not many adjustments were made. Kept the same speed actually 0.01 faster in the 2nd race just not fast enough. Not a bad race considering I’m racing with some of the best in the country and the best in the area.
Overall a good night, came away with a 2nd and a 6th. Definitely should have won the first race but we’ll get em next time. Not bad for a team running takeoff reapers and very little experience. Be ready to get back at it on the 28th at b&b or the 7th at Hog Wild Kartway. Just wanna thank my grandpa for all he does, none of this would even be remotely possible without him. My girlfriend to for washing tires and videoing. Grandma too wasn’t feeling well so she stayed home but still supporting.
