Key Integration Features
1. Unit Imports from DealersCircle to Lightspeed
Easily import unit builds (specs, options, pricing) from DealersCircle to Lightspeed.
Replaces manual double entry across systems.
Imports are triggered from the LS button in DealersCircle or automatically when a unit is ordered.

2. Pending Imports
Lightspeed flags potential duplicates (based on HIN, stock #, make/model).
Users can merge with an existing unit, import as new, or skip for further review.

3. Auto Updates
Changes made in DealersCircle (e.g., pricing or configuration) automatically reflect in Lightspeed.
Reduces errors and duplicate work across platforms.

4. Edit Imported Units
Lightspeed provides direct access (via punch-out buttons) to edit a unit in DealersCircle.
Updates sync back to Lightspeed automatically.
Full edit functionality already works—access button launching in April.

5. Deal Punch-Out
From within a Lightspeed sales deal or quote, users can launch the DealersCircle product editor to build a unit.
Customer info is passed from Lightspeed to DealersCircle.
Duplicate customer detection allows merging or proceeding without merging.

6. Deal Delivery Integration
Lightspeed’s deal screen now links to the DealersCircle Deal Delivery Wizard.
Completing delivery updates status in Lightspeed.
System prompts users if they attempt to finalize a deal before completing delivery steps.

Parts Price Book Updates: More accurate and timely pricing direct from OEMs.

Hint Code Functionality: Quickly populates key unit details in Lightspeed.

Service Bulletins & Warranty Dates: Synced data for service and support teams.

OEM Participation
Most OEMs are supported. Some offer limited functionality depending on their DealersCircle setup.

Integration is free through 2025. Starting in 2026, OEMs may assume cost responsibility.
