Ingredients
--------------------------

Meat 1.5 kg
Oil 3/4 cup (around 200gm)
Onion slices 3 medium
Cinnamon 3 pcs
Cardamom 6 pcs
Bay leaves 2 pcs
Pepper seed 1/2 tsp
Cloves 10 pcs
Ginger and garlic 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water 1cup or as needed
Warm liquid milk 1 cup
1 tsp nutmeg &
mace powder
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Green chilli 8 pcs
Raisin 20 pcs

For Gravy

1/4 cup fried onion
10 cashew nuts
1/4 cup yogurt

Kewra water 1.5 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
