High dose creatine (between 10g to 30g a day) seems to have no negative side effects - some studies have used it for over 5 years!
I personally take 10g twice per day (morning and night) with food and have done so for over 15 years.
With all of the research on it's effects on memory, mood and neuroprotective benefits, for me it's a no-brainer.
