This is a glimpse into what Boothill can do with Moze's cone, in the future he wouldn't need this level of stats because Yanqing cone, unlike Moze's cone provide 0% BE. I'm sure some people (Firefly mains) will still complain about Boothill's stats, but fact is, Firefly had more BE% in her 2 cost (E1S0) 0 cycle. And while Ruan Mei is a bigger boost than an eidolon, being able to hit 3 targets compared to 1 is a bigger boost than Ruan Mei. It's honestly interesting that Boothill was able to 0 cycle at the same cost as when the MoC had a trotter, in most cases you'd need +1 cost to cover for lack of trotter.
