Wanrooe full-automatic squeezing pelletizing machine is a integrated industrial equipment that integrates material feeding, squeezing dehydration, plasticizing extrusion, pelletizing shaping and short-term storage. It is specifically designed for the recycling of flexible plastic wastes such as PP/PE woven bags, various plastic films (including LDPE, LLDPE stretch films, BOPP films, etc.) and ton bags (jumbo bags), which are widely used in packaging, transportation and other fields.Unlike traditional single-function pelletizing equipment, this machine realizes the whole-process automation from raw material input to finished pellet storage, which greatly reduces manual intervention and improves the stability and consistency of the recycling process.

Automatic Feeding System
The equipment is equipped with an intelligent belt conveyor controlled by an inverter, which can stably transport pre-crushed (or directly transport large pieces of) woven bags, plastic films and ton bags to the squeezing chamber . For ton bags with large volume and heavy weight, the feeding system can be customized with a lifting device to ensure smooth feeding without material blockage. At the same time, the optional metal detector can effectively identify and remove metal impurities mixed in the raw materials, avoiding damage to the screw, barrel and other core components downstream.

Squeezing Dehydration and Drying Module
This is a key link to ensure the quality of finished pellets. After being fed into the squeezing chamber, the wet plastic waste (usually with a humidity of 20%-30% after cleaning) is strongly pushed and compressed by the specially designed giant screw . Under the action of high-pressure extrusion, the water in the material is squeezed out and discharged through the filter at the bottom of the squeezing chamber. At the same time, the friction between the material and the screw, as well as between the material and the barrel, generates a lot of heat, which can heat the plastic material to a semi-molten state, realizing the dual effects of dehydration and pre-plasticization . After this link, the humidity of the material can be reduced to less than 3%, which provides a good foundation for the subsequent pelletizing process and effectively avoids the problems of bubble generation and uneven pellet density caused by high humidity.

Plasticizing Extrusion and Pelletizing Unit
The pre-treated material is sent to the extruder, where the screw conveys and fully plasticizes the material under the condition of precise temperature control.The equipment adopts a single-screw or double-screw extrusion structure (customizable according to production needs), with uniform barrel temperature distribution, ensuring that the plastic material is completely melted and homogenized.Finally, the molten material is extruded through the die, and the high-speed rotating blade cuts it into uniform cylindrical pellets, which are then cooled and dried by the cooling system to obtain finished pellets with stable performance.

Short-Term Storage System
The built-in short-term storage hopper is an important feature that distinguishes this equipment from traditional pelletizing machines. The finished pellets after cooling and drying are automatically conveyed to the storage hopper through the conveying system.This function effectively balances the speed difference between pelletizing and subsequent packaging or transportation links, ensures continuous and stable operation of the whole production line, and avoids production interruption caused by temporary packaging delay.
