Gujia is traditionally made for the Indian festivals like Holi and Diwali and is a must have treat. These gujia can be stored in a container and eaten for 10 to 15 days.

Lets see the ingredients
required for making gujia
For this we will need
1. All purpose flour - 250 gm
2. Khoa - 250 gm, shredded
3. Raisins - 30
4. Cashew nuts - 15, chopped
5. Almonds - 15, chopped
6. Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Coconut - 1/4 cup, shredded
8. Bura / Powdered Sugar - 1/3 cup
9. Saffron - 10 threads,
soaked in lukewarm warm milk
10. Clarified Butter or Oil - 1/4 cup
11. Water for kneading
12. Oil for frying
