2007 Conference released by Notacon under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license. Pieced together from raw cuts uploaded by Necrostribute. The purpose of this upload is to fix the noise clipping present throughout the capture. I fixed the uneven volume levels with boosting and compression, couldn't remove the spikes but normalizing makes this conference go way easier on the ears and speakers. Monetization is off.
