How to save a furniture piece from a REALLY bad paint finish using texture

This poor piece of furniture had suffered a poorly don't paint finish in the past, using all the wrong materials. It was thick, uneven, and had sticky drawers, would have easily been passed over and headed for the land fill. But even the worst pieces can have potential! Let's save this lost cause using texture, a soft blended finish, dry brushing, and wood stained finishes. These colors are out of my wheelhouse, but the end result is easily one of my favorite finishes
