Carne asada always when you want steak on a budget 🥩

1 kg skirt or flank steak
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice l
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped coriander, or just omit if you hate it that badly
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
combine all the ingredients
⁠marinate the steak overnight, if making tacos, I prefer to split it so it's half as thick, giving you larger surface area for more charring potential
⁠ideally grill, but cook with whatever method is available to you, use high heat
⁠rest and slice again the grain
