Battle of Ulm Wargame | Quick Strike AAR

Описание к видео Battle of Ulm Wargame | Quick Strike AAR

We're exploring one of the most important battles from Napoleon's 1805 Ulm campaign, where he encircled and captured an entire Austrian field army. But to make this stunning achievement possible, the French had to capture the Danube River crossing at Elchingen on October 14, 1805. Marshal Michel Ney and his corps are given this critical task...can the Austrians rewrite history and maintain control over the Danube? Or will Ney earn his historical title, "Duke of Elchingen" once more?

To play this wargame we're using the rules Lasalle 2, written in 2020 by Sam Mustafa and Honour Games. You can learn more about the rules at the official Honour website, https://sammustafa.com/

This video is our first experiment with a brand new, shorter video format. We're calling it "The Quick Strike Challenge," and we want YOU to be a part of it. Share one of your favorite games with the hashtag #QuickStrike or just add "Quick Strike" in the description or title! The entire video you see here was produced and filmed with a single iPhone--no additional cameras, no microphone, and no special lighting.
