There are so many newly successful YouTubers going from nothing to 100s of thousands or even millions of subscribers in no time. I've dived into this a little and also look at how much a successful YouTuber can earn. This includes covering a real world example and recent success MeetKevin. Looking at how much he's reported to earn, and how much he would have today if he invested all of this into Tesla for 2020. Spoiler alert, it's a lot!

MeetKevin (   / kevinpaffrath  ) has reported that in May 2020 with 30 million views and 3 million hours watched, YouTube paid him a staggering $263,865.85. Is this a fluke, or can it be repeated?

I calculate how much MeetKevin would have invested in Tesla today, if he bought Tesla stock with only his YouTube income. The numbers are absolutely staggering and it's clear that if YOU ever wanted to start a YouTube channel, you should put fear aside and invest the time to get it going.

You don't have to be as successful as people like MeetKevin, Cathrin Manning, Shelby Church, or PewDiePie. Looking at what these YouTubers make most people will be satisfied with 1%, and mostly even 0.5% of their YouTube income will be a very lucrative side-hustle.

This is followed by an explanation to why I named this channel Perfectly Uncomfortable. The times in my life I've been most uncomfortable are the times I've made the largest strides toward success. So why not accelerate the process and just be uncomfortable all the time. And while being uncomfortable, actually enjoy the process and experience!

With this YouTube channel I will once again have no idea know what I'm doing, and that's ok. That's how we learn, and if I fail I'll share information on that too. Don't be afraid to take on your dreams, and be Perfectly Uncomfortable!
