The 10,000 sq. ft Crisp House has three suite floors with a total of six bedrooms. It has G+3 floors and a terrace floor with a home theatre, spa, and sundeck.

It is also a House to Live and to Celebrate…. on the flick of a switch, it switches from LIVE mode to CELEBRATE mode.

Crisp House is a very dear project to kenAR Architects. We first began working on it in 1998 and worked on it recently in January 2023. The most recent work was upgrading the sundeck railings on the terrace to make them “kid-safe”. To let the small kid grab on and stand without using it as a ladder, all horizontal bars were replaced with vertical ones.
