How to use a Hot Air Rework Station with Flux Soldering

How to solder with a hot air rework station, using a no-clean flux to repair a part.
The hot air station is the Quick, and the flux used is ChipQuik 30cc Syringe.
Hot air temperature is set to 380C and 18 air speed.
