📍 *Location:* TeamLab Kyoto (Biovortex), south of Kyoto Station
🎟️ *Tickets:* Online booking recommended
💴 *Ticket price:* the price varies depending on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. I paid *¥4,100 per person* for a regular *weekday* (non-holiday) visit.
⏰ *Duration:* You can stay as long as you want, but re-entry isn’t allowed
🚉 *Access:* About a 7-minute walk from Kyoto Station towards the Kamogawa River
*Notes:* You can’t eat inside, and only water vending machines are available. There are lots of stairs and no free elevator, so plan ahead if needed. Be careful with your camera in the foam or balloon areas, and note that tripods and monopods aren’t allowed. You can buy optional protective gear for the foam area, we didn’t, and it was fine (I just kept my Osmo Pocket in my bag).
