It's finally time to get back in the gym and start some upper body work! After some long weeks of completely resting the stress fracture in her hip, Lucy is feeling great to finally be able to do something active again

With advice from specialists, Lucy is able to start some strength work in the pain cave- focusing just on the upper body. We have even come up with some creative ways to use equipment without involving the hip... 🛼
