🍜 Soupy Pahadon Wali Maggi

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4–5 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 3–4 green chillies
• 2 tbsp each: green peas, carrot, capsicum, tomato
• 3–4 cups water
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp turmeric
• Salt to taste
• 2 Maggi packs (with tastemaker)

Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté onions until lightly golden.
2. Add garlic and green chillies, fry briefly.
3. Add all the veggies and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
4. Pour in water, add butter, turmeric, and salt.
5. Add Maggi noodles and tastemaker.
6. Simmer until noodles are cooked and broth is slightly thick.
7. Serve hot and slurp away — mountain-style! 🌧️🍜
