After some crazy adventures in Mexico, Spain and Portugal, me and my mate Ben are back for a second instalment of The Eat Series. This time we’re eating Australia from Tassie to the tip!

Episode 9: Everyone’s talking about fermenting at the moment and it’s one of the healthiest ways to prepare food. It’s an ancient process adding digestive enzymes and enhanced nutritional content to the foods we already eat - in other words it’s good for our gut and soul! In this episode, I learn all about this with Sharon Flynn – owner of The Fermentary in Daylesford. This place was at the top of my list when planning this trip so I was super excited to pay a visit and ferment some S**T! Link to my fermented wood fired vegetable bowl at the end of this episode.
