The intention of this reiki session is to help you ground yourself and connect deeply with Mother Earth, as well as strengthenyour general connection to Mother Earth and enable you to receive her blessing. Grounding is the sacred act of anchoring your energy into the loving embrace of Mother Earth. It restores balance, peace, and presence within your body and spirit.When you connect to her energy, you align with nature’s rhythm and divine flow. Her blessings come as stability, nourishment, and deep emotional healing. Through grounding, you release excess energy and absorb her calming vibration. You begin to feel safe and whole in your earthly existence. Mother Earth’s energy rises through your roots, awakening your life force.

This is a reiki energy transmission from Reiki Master Jonas Kristensen. The reiki energy transmitted in this video will reach you by using distance reiki and the reiki energy will work for your highest good. You will receive the healing that is for your most benevolent outcome and the energy will go where it is needed the most.
