Mom 803's little cub is sick and unable to keep up with the family. Despite her frantic efforts to try and keep it with her, she has to leave with her other two cubs. She returns again and again and it manages to swim to the island but then is able to go no further. The last time we see it is when it approaches the island. Eventually mom and her other two cubs have to leave. Sometimes nature sucks.
