T-Rex Mudhoney. A really simple and effective Distortion. Capable of most gain sounds.

Hey All

this is the third video in my series of golden oldies pedlas. The pedals that aren't fresh to the market but are sleepers and have loads to offer. This is the T-Rex Mudhoney.

The Mudhoney is a really simple distortion pedal that has a reputation for being in the vein of a Rat but in truth I think it's quite different to a rat. It has a really open overdrive / distortion sound and a character all of it's own and it can handle everything from mid gain drive sounds to full on Grungy heavy bottom end distortion and it does it all really well and in a way that is very enjoyable to play.

Its a really beautiful drive pedal. The one I have is the first iteration and this one in particular is killer. i've not tried any of the other versions so I can't comment on them.

T-Rex makes insanely good gear.
