📝【 Additional Stretching Tips for Beginners 】

・Always keep breathing, back straight as much as you can, neck long, stomach tight at all times. However, never do anything strenuous to your body. Every person's body is different, and it's okay to take your time and do them at your own pace (but continue them daily for actual results)!

・For flexibility stretches, I recommend doing them more at night, either before showering or after. Some researches say that it's more suitable to do them after you get out of the shower b/c your body is in the most relaxed state, feeling less tense and much looser after relaxing in the warm shower/bath tub.

・Stretching not only helps to prevent injuries, it also heals your mind and skin with its relaxation. Detoxifying stretches boost your immunity, too! If you have trouble sleeping at night, try doing a few stretches and it'll help ease you into sleep as you wind down at the end of the day.
