When Import Documents reached to the Opening Bank , The duty of the staff/dealing officer starts to Check/Matching with the copy of the letter of Credit point by point without any ommosion or laps.

We are Allowed 7 days by ICC brochure not expiring the time we have to check if any ambiguity find within 7days we have to report to Sender /Forwarding Exporter Bank.
After expiry of 7 days they will presume that the , sent Documents are in order and accepted by Opening Bank and Importer/Buyer they may Reimburse the payment by Debeting our (Nostro Account) with them.
Therefore the Opening Bank must Scruitny the Doc. informing to Buyer and if the Documents are order as per Letters of Credt ,Lodge the Documents into PAD before 7 days.
