In this video we have Ultimate excel tips and tricks which are used in our daily office work to speed up our office work and show our expertise to our boss, suppose we have data like this and want to share this work sheet with some one, but before sharing we want to make sure that person do not make any changes in this sheet just view the file, now you can see before applying this protection, we can make the any type of changes in this sheet, but after applying protection it will not be possible, lets start first we will place cursor inside the sheet and from task bar will select review option, under review will select protect sheet, there are 2 option 1st one is protect sheet and 2nd is protect work book, so here we want to protect work sheet, so we will select this, as this tab is selected it will show us, new tab or form where we have to apply password, down this form there are lot of options that what the authorization we want to give to the user, so you can tick or untick the options, here we will not make any changes and will apply our password, as 1st password is applied, new pop up screen will come up, then again we will retype same password, now our work has completed, now if we want to make any changes it will show us message, that we cannot make any changes in this sheet even cannot apply new formula on this sheet, here you can see when we are trying to make any changes sheet protect option is not authorizing us, we can make new copy of this work sheet, here you can see just right click on the sheet, and from tab option just select move or copy option, you will get new tab from there just tick the option create copy and press ok button, you will get new copy of this file, here even on new sheet you cannot make any changes, this copy file is also protected, so we can make new copy of this file but cannot make any changes in this sheet, now if we want to unlock this work sheet, again from task bar we will select review option, and under review tab again we will select protect sheet option, then a pop up screen will come up there we will apply same password, now our sheet has unlocked, we can make any type of changes in this sheet, can apply formula and can delete any value from this sheet, so in this way we can lock and unlock our work sheet, Now our second trick is that how to make copy of the sheet, just select the sheet and press control button, and with mouse pick that sheet and place the sheet on your desired place, you will get new copy of that sheet, so this is an easy way to make a copy of the sheet, and also there is an other way as earlier i have applied, just right click on the sheet, and from list select move or copy option, then will get new tab you can select, to book option there will be drop down box where you can see different sheets, that you want to copy this sheet in which work book, if you need this sheet in any other work book then you can select this option, after selecting that work book then check in the tab of create a copy box and press ok button, then you will get the copy of this sheet in that work book, the second option is to copy work sheet inside same work book, then you need to select 2nd option down inside the tab is where it has written, before sheet that you want to copy this sheet on which place of the sheet, as that place is selected, just checking the tab of create a copy box and press ok button, you will get the copy of this sheet on that place, so these are two easy ways to create copies of the sheet inside that file or in any other work book. now you can see we have two sheets, in two different work books, when i am pressing, Aalt plus Tab button, i am moving from 1 sheet to other sheet in two different work books, here you can see the names of two work books, that we have same sheet inside two different work books. so in this way we can make the copy of our file in different work book easily and can speed up our daily office work. excel tips and tricks,excel tricks,ms excel tips and tricks,excel tips,excel tricks and tips,excel tips and tricks 2019, and tricks,advanced excel tricks,excel tips and tricks 2022,excel tips and tricks 2021,excel,excel tutorial, excel tips and tricks in hindi,excel tips and tricks you must know,excel tips and tricks 2020
