The Throne Room Encounter is a Global inter-denominational worship festival and gathering of God's Children as a revelation unto God's Servant, Martinus Kamagundi. The Throne Room Encounter was birth as a place of intimate worship and one-on-one communication with the Father as an Audience of one. This is done by having worship sessions in music through the Holy Spirit and with the help of the Holy Spirit. Consequently, the performance of songs may be spontaneous. The performance of any song whatsoever in terms of its lyrics, sounds, beats etc, is not in a manner as to deprive the owners of such songs of their exclusive rights of ownership. The songs on TRE may feature songs owned by other Kingdom Ministers, songs owned by other spirit-filled gospel artistes, as well as contemporary Christian music that is performed for religious purposes in churches and other Christian gatherings, which shall be duly acknowledged. We affirm that the TRE does not deprive copyright owners of their economic rights, as they are not performed for entertainment or popularity.
