A slightly casual one. There's a lot to cover so apologies if I trip over my words a bit. Next few guides will involve retainers so I figured I'd make that now so I can refer people here.

If you dont have ventures unlocked yet, you can unlock them by completing the quest "The ill-conceived venture" available in all 3 main cities (Limsa, Uldah, Gridania). Check for the blue quest.
