This is a sample video of Sensei Kim Krones NEW YouTube channel about martial arts and more. She demonstrates some intermediate to advanced moves. Using glow chucks aka glow nunchaku for entertainment value only. The moves will strike as needed but glow chucks do not hold the power and strength of regular nunchaku. Glow is simply fun to watch for entertainment.

If you wish to learn to spin nunchaku, I recommend you start with fireballs also known as Poi. This tutorial is very basic. I also offer beginner tutorial on Nunchaku as well.

Most commonly, Poi aka Fireballs are seen in the Polynesian Luau spins (often seen spinning with fire). They are also an incredible way to practice complex spin technique and not injure yourself doing so.
