When they are reviewing your resume to determine if you’re a good fit for the job - and if you are worthy of a callback, the last thing you want them to be is confused or turned off.

Many of the resumes that I critique and review for my clients before we begin working together are incorrectly organized and structured.
Here are some common mistakes:

• Not beginning your resume with a targeted headline and branding statement.
• Having their contact information come before their name.
• Having the first section of the document be their experience section.
