MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (lean 85%)
1/2 cup yellow onion (finely diced)
1/4 cup green bell pepper (finely diced)
3 eggs (room temp)
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup whole milk
Ritz crackers (2 sleeves)
1 tsp each, salt & pepper

MEATLOAF GLAZE
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
