How to automate tasks on deal stages in HubSpot

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to automate tasks on deal stages in HubSpot.

In HubSpot, you can set up an automation that creates tasks when a deal moves from stage to stage.

In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.

Steps to follow:

1. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects and then select Deals.

2. Click the Pipelines tab.

3. In the select a pipeline section, click the dropdown menu, then select the pipeline you want to automate.

4. Then, navigate to Automate tab.

5. To automatically create a task in a specific deal stage, in the deal stage's column, click Create workflow.

6. Then click create task.

7. Enter the required details in your task.

8. When you are done, click on save done.
