"Yesterday" for Solo Guitar

Welcome back to another exciting episode of Chords & Coffee, the weekly show where we dive deep into all things music with your host, Nate White!

In this episode we take a look at the timeless Paul McCartney classic, "Yesterday". The original recording was played on an acoustic guitar tuned a whole step down (low to high: DGCFAD) in the key of G (which would have actually been F). This version is a solo guitar arrangement that Nate came up with a few years ago. If you poke around older Chords & Coffee episodes, you'll find a tutorial without charts back when the entire production of an episode was done on Nate's iPhone. 😄 We thought it fitting to revisit this classic song and do it justice with chord charts, close ups, and other modern amenities that folks have come to enjoy on Chords & Coffee.
