My response to the Winder shooting is more meant for the body of Christ.
For the community who suffered Wednesday, on 9/4/24, my heart goes out to you and your loved ones. Please know I've been praying.

How should we, as Christians respond to this particular trauma?

I ask myself and I'm asking you how can we preach Jesus without saying a word?

By what actions should we consider to do in our faith walk with the Lord, when it comes to ministering to others?

When is the last time you cried over sin?

I've been examining my heart here lately, because in order to help others, I need to start with me. What do I mean by that? You can't pour out from an empty cup. And you can't give clean water if the bucket is dirty. Jesus is the solution to the refill, and the cleaning of my vessel. But, through faith in Him with a heart surrendered, is when I get filled and cleansed. I have learned it is with positioning myself to be ready for God's desires and for His will to be accomplished. I can't do this on my own efforts, it truly is through the Holy Spirit working in me, as long as I am a willing conduit, a bendable straw, to receive and give as He sees fit.
