CUs Senator Bourke Hickenlooper (Republican of Iowa) speaking says that the 10,000 Japanese out of 96 million is a negligible group but would offer substantial danger to President Eisenhower if he visited Japan. Says that the Majority of Japanese people including the Government are friendly towards the U.S.A.



CU Senator Hubert H. Humphrey (Democrat of Minnesota) speaking and saying he thinks it was wise of the Japanese Government to stop Eisenhower's visit there, for if the President had been harmed if would have caused a grave international situation.
