A hybrid marksman build for the Achilles Pulse utilizing the exotic NinjaBike Messenger Backpack. The Nemesis does 99.54M pulsed head shots and 23.09M pulsed body shots. The Mantis does 59.78M pulsed headshots and 9.35M pulsed body shots. Three skill haste rolls and 3 skill haste mods lower the Achilles' cooldown to 13 seconds.
