養生壺魚腥草蘋果湯

材料：
魚腥草3 兩（約110克）
美國華盛頓蘋果2個

處理／程序：
1. 蘋果，清水洗乾淨，1開8，去芯，放入養生壺內，煲10分鐘。
2. 魚腥草，清水洗乾淨。
3. 再煲滾蘋果水，加入魚腥草，煲10分鐘，熄火，焗10分鐘。
4. 用大滾水洗乾淨杯子。
5. 蘋果湯倒入杯子內。
6. 完成，可享用。

Ingredients:
Houttuynia cordata 3 taels (about 110g)
US Washington red apples 2 Nos.

Preparation/Steps:
1. The apples, rinse thoroughly. Divide each apple into 8 shares. Remove cores. Put into health pot. Boil for 10 minutes.
2. The cordata, rinse with tap water.
3. Heat up the apple soup again, add in cordata, boil for 10 minutes. Turn off fire. Leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Rinse cups with boiled~up water.
5. Pour the apple soup into the cups.
6. Complete. Serve.
