Floating Plane or Flying Boat? Seattle Scenic Seaplane Tour on the DHC TURBO OTTER with Kenmore Air

Описание к видео Floating Plane or Flying Boat? Seattle Scenic Seaplane Tour on the DHC TURBO OTTER with Kenmore Air

Our next stop on the campaign to make flying fun again is Seattle, Washington - where the abundance of bays and inland waterways makes SEAPLANE operations not quick but also cost-effective for local flights to the surrounding islands - both in the US and Canada.

Today we're flying with Kenmore Air - a 75-year old family-owned company and the largest seaplane operator in the US. Kenmore operates a fleet of 25 aircraft including DHC Beavers, DHC Otters and Cessna Caravans, serving the San Juan Islands as well as Victoria (BC) from its various terminals in Seattle. The carrier also operates a variety of scenic tours - flights that start and end in the same place but offer spectacular, potentially life-changing views as these planes fly low and slow over the landscape below.

Come along and let's explore Seattle by air, while learning a lil more about Kenmore's fascinating 75-year history along the way!
