YOUTUBE STUDIO BUILD GARAGE ADDITION. TOP PLATE/OSB WALLS COMPLETE. GIVING THE STRUCTURE RIGIDITY.

Walls are erected. It was hard. Almost finished to completion. Only had to put couple more hundred screws off of camera.

In this video Jack erected the walls by started off with putting on the top plate and skinning with 4x8 OSB sheets. This gives it more rigidity to start putting the ceiling joist up.I was not there to help, but he got a lot of it done.Jack talks little bit in this video so there’s a couple spots where I’ve slowed it down .He took a few hours out of his day to keep the project moving foward. I haven’t really talked about this but, we both have full-time jobs and families, doing most of the work between 3:30pm-5:30pm until it gets dark. Plus, whatever we can do on the weekends. Jack has not charged me anything for this project. He’s just helping out a friend that lives across the creek. So thanks everyone for your patience.
