YouTube/UMPG Publishing have blocked my Desperado Arrangement in US for US viewers

In a totally ridiculous decision, this Company UMPG Publishing / YouTube have blocked my video from being watched in US. It is a Fingerstyle Arrangement I did, with a lot of respect to the Authors and Band, never claimed any rights....I don't want to monetise the video, just want it to be available for watching. No backing track, original music, playing over the origin record.... nothing... just my arrangement.
I am delivering a message to YouTube / UMPG Publishing in the video. Please watch it, share it and spread the news - YouTube is destroying itself. Full of meaningless, violent and empty content while blocking videos which just intend to inspire people to play guitar.
And BTW the arrangement was / is very well done.
