This collar is fantastic and works well, and is not the instrument of torture that the scaremongers would have you believe.
I took on a rescue Labrador, he was two and a half years old and had had no training, he literally had been left to his own devices.
He was so out of control and his next stop would have been the Vet!
BUT he goes deaf and ignores me if he spies children.
I had tried various methods given to me by several different 'Dog Trainers'.
I was at a loss what to do.
I was advised to try an electronic dog training collar.
I have now purchased this EasyPet EP-380 collar.
I use the Vibrate which has 10 levels to get him to stop when he sees children, and I spent time getting him to associate the beep with treats and praise, and the vibrate associated with Stop and Look at Me Now!
If you have a difficult dog, I can recommend this collar highly, to help with training.
