In this video I have shown how to make crispy ❤️❤️egg fingers.this 🍳egg fingers is perfect evening snacks for your kids. With basic ingredients u can make it at home 🍳 . Try this crispy 🍳egg fingers at home and enjoy 🤤 😄 🤤

INGREDIENT

🍳For the egg :
🔹Egg - 8
🔹onion - 1 cup
🔹Green chilli - 2
🔹Cumin pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
🔹Salt to taste

🍳 For the dry coating :
🔹Madia - 1 cup
🔹pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
🔹Salt to taste

🍳 For the wet coating:
🔹Egg - 1
🔹Milk - 1/2 cup

🍳 To make the bread crumbs:
🔹Take 5 to 6 slice of bread and grind into fine powder.
🔹Heat a pan in low flame than add the bread powder and roast until golden brown.Now your bread crumbs is ready.
🔹U can store upto 10 to 15 days in fridge.

🍳 How to make it :
🔹in a bowl add 8 eggs with that finally chopped onion, green chilli, cumin pepper powder and salt mix well.
🔹Take a flat base vessel and gress with some oil and pour the egg mix into it .cover with the led.
🔹Take a kadai into it place a stand than pour water. The water should touch the vessel. Place the egg mix into it then cook it in low flame for 30 minutes.
🔹When it cooked completely let in cool down .
🔹After that demould the egg and cut into rectangle shape shown in the video.
🔹Prepare the dry and wet mix has shown.
🔹Take one egg Pic and roll in the wet batter well then coat it in the dry flour well again coat in the wet batter.Finally coat with bread crumbs.
🔹In a kadai heat some oil .once the oil is hot fry the egg fingers in medium to high flame until turns golden brown.

❤️serve hot with tea or coffee ❤️
