This means the cancer has spread outside the pancreas, to the large blood vessels near the pancreas, or a number of lymph nodes. Your doctors may call it stage 3. Our specialist nurse, Nicci, explains what this means and where you can get support. Andrew shares his experience of being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and the support he had.
