This is an automated laser marker machine, fully designed and manufacture here at Specialist Tooling Technologies Ltd.

Each tray of tubes loaded onto the conveyor is identified via unique QR code, once the tray reaches the marking area, the code is scanned, auto selecting the appropriate program. Upon completion, the tray is lowered from the marking area onto the conveyor and exits out to the collection area. Meanwhile the next tray is already being loaded into the marking area in its place.
