很多人都愛吃麵包可是都是一直是買著吃,因為覺得做麵包太難了
今天想分享一個簡單的方式,手把手教會你呢 ^^
不用揉麵,不用廚師機。只需要一些簡單的麵包材料和烘培工具,拉一拉伸即可做出好吃的麵包,再也不用外面買麵包吃了,快來一起做吧!

材料:
高筋麵粉 250克
鹽 3克
雞蛋 50克
細砂糖 20g
牛奶 140g
酵母 3克
黃油 20 克

Ingredients :
Bread Flour 250g
Salt 3g

Castor Sugar 20g
Milk 140g

***預留10克液體
(每一個麵粉的吸水性不同)

***影片中的发酵状态烤箱温度 還是根據自家的室温/烤箱脾氣而定
我家的温度大概29-30度。室溫低於20度在第一发酵时可室溫鬆弛

Remarks
***Reserve 10 grams of liquid
(The water absorption of each flour is different)

***The oven temperature in the fermentation state in the video depends on your own room temperature/oven temper
The temperature in my house is about 29-30 degrees. The room temperature is lower than 20 degrees and can be fermented at room temperature during the first fermentation
