Anyways coming to the point, putting all the hatred, banter and rivalry to one side, nothing beat's a north london derby, full of blood, sweat and tear's, as much as I despise spurs, I have to respect them, at least they always turn up, and up for a row, and a much bigger threat than the chelsea and man. united fraud's, the only thing those two mug's have over us (Arsenal) is a few champion's league's, that's all they're getting, but on their day, spurs are the business when organised, and always show up in number's. I have huge respect for Trevor Tanner for his book, for mentioning our Arsenal mob are a bigger threat than chelsea and man. united. Some epic battle's over the year's when spurs took our clock end and north bank, mainly in the mid 70s to early 80s, and our countless pitch invasion's at the lane. To cut a long story short, spurs are definitely top 10, they easily make the grade, due to the notorious history of Tottenham being a very rough area, as many would know about the broadwater farm riot's, and a lot of activity going on in the area around the other estate's, travelling up to white hart lane, you couldn't go in half heartedly, else you're asking for trouble. As for the few spurs who were involved in the hooligan scene of previous decade's, some do acknowledge that we (Arsenal) are a handful on our day, when we do turn up (mainly highbury era of course), I don't even bother listen to these modern day keyboard warrior's and barmies, they're totally irrelevant, and some weren't even born when football violence was at it's peak, but those who know and have common sense, will tell you we (Arsenal) never back down, and we don't run, like certain idiot's claim we do.
