Rutherford's Gold Foil Experiment

For the first time in history, Ernest Rutherford’s gold foil experiment allowed us to gain a glimpse of the atoms internal structure.

This video will describe how Rutherford and his colleagues achieved this and how he estimated the size of the nucleus.
