When we moved to Germany, we thought starting German kindergarten for our toddlers would be easy and fun. But we actually ended up having to make some big cultural and mindset adjustments so we could thrive. We had no idea just how different the approach to education and child-rearing is here in Germany compared to other countries most especially Africa. What we are finding is that we really love it and think there is a lot that people could learn from Germany's philosophy on raising kids! #cultureshocks #germancultureshocks
