Quick Studio Tour - Starting a New Sketchbook painting Loose Gouache Flowers

Hey all! I’m starting a new sketchbook. It can be a bit intimidating - so I choose to make it fun and easy! No worries about perfection or if it will live up to any expectations I may have. I’m slapping on color and enjoying the process.

I’m also sharing a peek into my backyard cottage studio! It a work in progress and I am still figuring out where things are going and how it will work best for me. I even have my studio chickens make a surprise appearance!

The Studio building was purchased in 2012 it is a 10x12’ shed. I built a 4x10’ loft over the daybed /closet area for more storage. Almist everything in tge Cottage studio was repurposed or recycled items- i did buy a little sink and the USB rechargeable water pump new.
