Time management in the classroom can be a difficult task. Do you find yourself frequently not getting through what you have planned for the day? Using a timer can help you manage time in your classroom to be as efficient as possible.

Each activity can be timed. If you make a schedule for your day make sure to write the times you wish to have them occur. For example your morning work is from 8:30 - 8:40. Setting a time and using a timer can be a great way to stay on point while teaching all day. If you don't have access to a timer you can use your cell phone or use a free website called http://www.online-stopwatch.com
